The powder you will find at Grand Targhee Resort is legendary. There's an average of five hundred inches per year! The snow is drier than most other resorts as well, which makes for some excellent skiing. The resort is so confident in their snow conditions during the year, they have a "no questions asked" guarantee. This means that if you aren't happy with the snow conditions, you can return your lift ticket to the office within an hour of purchase for a "snow check," good for another lift ticket. There are 2,000 acres of terrain served by lifts and two mountains to explore. Grand Targhee rated number 2 for snow and in the top three for best family resort in the Ski Magazine's survey of readers. They got a top ten for value as well.
