Scenic float trips offer the opportunity to view wildlife and take in the scenery of the Grand Teton area. The scenic and calm portion of the Snake River is actually broken into two sections, the north and the south. Both sections offer spectacular views of the area, the chance to view wildlife, and a trip of a lifetime.
- Northern Float Trips - Park permittees offer rafting trips that are within Grand Teton National Park, typically starting just below Jackson Lake and ending near Moose. Learn about wildlife and geology while casting your gaze at the magnificent Teton Range. Minimum age: 6 years old.
- Southern Float Trips - Rafting trips are south of Grand Teton National Park, typically starting near the park's southern entrance and ending at the Bridger Teton National Forest boundary. Combine float trips along the South Section with a riverside meal, overnight excursion, or combination with a whitewater trip. Minimum age: 4 years old.
