Grand Teton National Park is a part of the National Park Service and is managed and maintained by the federal entity for the enjoyment of all visitors. If you are one of the many who travel with your laptop under your arm, you can gain access to the internet at various locations within the Park.
Just open your laptop near any group of buildings and you are likely to tie into a wireless server in the area. Data ports are available at Jackson Lake Lodge and Jenny Lake Lodge has internet access.
The south end of Grand Teton National Park is so close to Jackson, Wyoming that a short trip from the Park will place you in a community that has many sites where you can get connected. In Jackson, look for internet cafes, grocery stores and computer stores. In addition, you can stop by the Teton County Library where you will find free public access to the internet via hard wired and wireless access.
To the east from Grand Teton National Park is the small community of Dubois, Wyoming. In Dubois, there are several areas where you can access the internet to check your e-mail or browse the web. At the Dubois Branch of the Fremont County Library, you will find computers with internet access.
