What are packages?

Packages are put together by the vacation planning experts at AllTrips - highlighting some of the best lodging and things to do in the area! Packages include lodging and activities (which can be customized). Airfare and car rentals can be added.

What does the pricing mean?

The price listed with packages is total, per person, including tax – for the entire trip. The fine print exists because on peak weekends, or when rooms are sold out, the price may be higher then listed, but generally, we are able to get pretty close!

Are packages the same as bus tours? Do you offer bus tours?

No. All of these packages are ground packages only, unless they indicate otherwise. What you do get is confirmations that have detailed instructions on how to get to each meeting place, and any special check in instructions. For help with transportation - We have special, discounted rates on round trip and one-way car rentals, and are experts at planning air and ground travel to maximize your vacation time.

A package is similar to what I want, but not exactly what I want – can you customize it?

Yes, almost all of our packages are 100% customizable. Additional people? Children? More or less days? Let us know what you want and we will get you a quote on a perfect custom package for you.

When are you open?

We are available to help you Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM MST, and by appointment outside of those hours (just shoot us an email to arrange that!). We have an emergency number that is available to our clients if they run into a bind while traveling.

Do you offer discounts for AAA, AARP, etc?

We book the lowest rate that is available to you.

Do you work with Travel Agents?

Yes.
